Bruno informed me that the market was a bit slow at the moment & he was right & it did take a while to secure a tenant, but in the end they found the right tenant for the property. Overall I have a very high regard for all the team at Ralph Fist R E. I believe that it is very necessary to communicate with staff at a good level to achieve for yourself and the property manager that flow on affect so that you do not get overwhelmed on your side as well as the property managers side, I think that we are at that level which is what I want.
