I was really impressed with the way Chris was able to negotiate the sale of my rental property, a complicated situation to be able to keep all three parties happy at the negotiating table!! Chris was dealings with my first property all most 8 years ago. Chris genuinely works hard for the vendor!! Chris has been great to deal with through the process.
