I have recently purchased a property from this real estate agent. His Answered my phone call even in night time , very food service but please try to avoid this agent. He has made a shady deal when selling the unit. I was told that the tanent will stay for a number of months but truth was tenant was going to move out before the settlement. It was a big surprise before the settlement. Please don’t trust this real estate agent otherwise you will face nasty surprise.
