Every week during open house, you do spare time, explained the factual information about the current downfall of the market. Every conversation with you was so promising and we felt that you the one who will make us achieved our vision and goal. I still remember, I almost thought we have failed but you have so much hope that my property will be sold with reasonable profit and my financial stress will be eased. A great outcome lies behind fabulous service, made enjoyable with great responsive support, professionalism with no false promise and you moved on with the job. Above all you did listen to our needs and become someone whom we can trust and believed that our home will be sold despite the challenging and difficult markets. Finally last week of the open house, there was a good news. House sold! Contract exchanges soon after that. I've dealt with Marc over the last five years in relation to a purchase and a sale - the latest being a sale. Although it was a difficult market where buyers aren't readily able to acquire loans, Marc by regular recommendations and suggestions drew the best response my sale could draw in the present market, albeit with a sale price which reflected the market. Despite that, Marc reviewed his ad response weekly, made concrete suggestions and did not fail to inform me even once of the buyer response after each Saturday inspection. Even in dismal weather conditions he was in there week after week batting for me. He tweaked the sale ad each time quickly assessing the market response and getting results to reflect the change. Marc has his ear to the ground and has an excellent idea of prevailing market conditions in the area. Further, he is fun to deal with as he has a very pleasant and humorous demeanour and is innovative in how to draw the most promising buyers - he definitely does not set and forget but is persistent and tenacious in getting a buyer and seller to have a mutually beneficial outcome. He is also a good listener and commands respect and credibility from buyers and sellers alike. I would definitely instruct Marc again with confidence.
