Marc was one of three agents we considered to handle the sale of our property. We chose him over the other agents because he had more success in selling homes than the others, and he gave us a realistic assessment of what he thought the property would bring at auction. The other agents gave us vastly inflated assessments. Marc was personally very easy to deal with and was never pushy or aggressive. He took a lot of time with my elderly mother, explaining things carefully to her, which I really appreciated. Marc ran a magnificent sales campaign and obviously carefully followed up every lead. We had a much larger number of people come to our open houses than expected, and on auction day we had numerous people bidding against each other. The auctioneer appointed by Marc was also extremely good at his job. He was able to get the initially cold crowd started, and kept the momentum going, managing to extract every possible dollar from the bidders. Our property sold for $15,000 more than the reserve price. I can highly recommend Marc Dissinger at Ralph Real Estate.
