We had deal with Chris for several times now with different requirements (buying, selling and renting) and we keep going back to him. He is very professional with his job, give you realistic market review/expectation and he is open to any sort of communications. He is very helpful with all the inspection and I really like that he is very punctual and he make sure he gets back to your in a very timely manner. We feel very comfortable dealing with him as we feel that he is a genuine and humble person, we do not like dealing with agent that exaggerate a lot and can't deliver. All in all, very happy with the service and we will be keep using him as our preferred agent in future.
