Chris was great to deal with. He was upfront and open about the options we had for selling our unit, giving us a good feel for where we stood without making us feel like we were being given the hard sell. When things changed rapidly, Chris talked us through them and gave us a good idea of what was likely to be happening in the next weeks. Overall we liked the upfront approach and were happy with out experience.
