We have used Ram International twice to rent out our property. Our property manager Hema Ramoo has been absolutely exceptional. She responds in a timely manner, looks after our needs and is friendly and approachable, not just to us but also with our tenants. She aIso made sure property is well maintained be it regular inspections, compliance maintenance checks arranged on time with little hassle to tenants. Promptly communicating to us for any maintenance issues raised by tenants and making sure issue is resolved at the earliest. Would highly recommend Ram International for all property management services.
