Scott was very open, approachable and easy to deal with. He listened to what we had to say and made constructive suggestions. He also was very good at explaining the various aspects of the sales process andc stepping us through things. It was a difficult time for the family as sale was part of our father's estate, and Scott was very patient with us and gave us time to make decisions we were comfortable with. The sale price was quite a bit more than we were expecting so that was a very pleasant surprise. We would be more than happy to use Scott again and to recommend him to others.
