We met with Scott and from that first meeting we knew that we were in safe hands. We were able to communicate our situation, needs and expectations and not only did he listen but offered advice as well. Scott was available constantly replying promptly and even outside of business hours. The feedback from the property viewings was excellent and we never had to chase him. We have dealt with other real estate agents and we have never had such professional service. We quickly realised we were dealing with a different caliber of agent and felt confident leaving the sale to Scott, without having to check to make sure marketing was being handled suitably. His staff were always polite and also extremely professional. Scott obviously installs the same exceptional standards of his own in his staff. We were extremely impressed and so we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell in the area, as well as deal with him again ourselves if necessary.
