We interviewed 3 agents and Scott and Karen were stand outs and we went with them We were extreamly happy as every thing Scott said would happen did happen and we sold our property in 7 hours for the price Scott said at the beginning We would recommend to all future sellers they listen to Scott as we did spend money doing things we thought would help and felt we should do against Scotts recommendation and we now realise we did not need to do these repairs
