I was very impressed with Jan from our first meeting. She appeared to well and truly understand the local market, and easily developed a rapport with me. I wasn’t very confident about getting a good price for my property but she reassured me about all the good selling points and I was happy to leave it in her hands. It was appreciated immensely. My home was sold within 10 days thanks to Emily Hudson and the teams efforts.
