When I met Grant I told him how we were searching for a 3 bedroom brick home in the hills with storage space and that we had just been at the top of an online auction but we felt hard done by when somehow the auction was stopped and another buyer got the property even though we were the top bidder. Grant then showed us a better property and instructed me on how to ensure that I would get it including contacting the vendor and how to best fill out the purchase contract. We arranged the settlement period to suit the vendor and the lengthy process was complicated by covid giving us only 2 inspections but finally we achieved our drreams thanks to the continuing help from Grant. Grant also guided us on some excellent house improvement ideas and guided us into mountain living compared with flat suburbia. He is a really helpful, friendly and knowledgable professional. We are very satisfied with the new house.

Mick, Emily and the whole team were absolutely marvellous and even though it took time to sell, it was never put on the back burner and was always at the forefront of their minds in getting people to look at it. Wasn't a pretty house from the road but it was private and impeccable inside. They kept us informed thoughout the sale and had our best interests at heart even though I'm sure we tried their patience on occassion asking why it wasn't selling and they assured us the right person will come along, just have to wait. The right person did and we sold. Would highly recommend them and already have to people who have also utilised their services and sold quick so I know they do care and take pride as if it was their own home. Thank you!

Jan immediately came across as very knowledgeable of the local market and very interested in our views and expectations of a possible sale of our home. After two consultations we had agreed on a price range and marketing strategy and although we only managed to get one open house event organised due to COVID lockdowns Jan had some possible buyers and and after following up with them for 2-3 weeks of lockdown managed to secure a price for our property that we were happy to accept. We can not speak highly enough of Jan’s knowledge, professionalism and constant follow ups and updates. This is not the first time we have dealt with Jan and we now consider her both as a business associate and a friend.
