Mick, Emily and the whole team were absolutely marvellous and even though it took time to sell, it was never put on the back burner and was always at the forefront of their minds in getting people to look at it. Wasn't a pretty house from the road but it was private and impeccable inside. They kept us informed thoughout the sale and had our best interests at heart even though I'm sure we tried their patience on occassion asking why it wasn't selling and they assured us the right person will come along, just have to wait. The right person did and we sold. Would highly recommend them and already have to people who have also utilised their services and sold quick so I know they do care and take pride as if it was their own home. Thank you!

Jan immediately came across as very knowledgeable of the local market and very interested in our views and expectations of a possible sale of our home. After two consultations we had agreed on a price range and marketing strategy and although we only managed to get one open house event organised due to COVID lockdowns Jan had some possible buyers and and after following up with them for 2-3 weeks of lockdown managed to secure a price for our property that we were happy to accept. We can not speak highly enough of Jan’s knowledge, professionalism and constant follow ups and updates. This is not the first time we have dealt with Jan and we now consider her both as a business associate and a friend.

Was introduced to Mick Dolphin and his team, along with another agent, through a friend previously in Real Estate. Mick presented as a quiet, studious and intentive person who listened to our wishes and needs. From he outset he utilised his staff to plan an appropriate presentation and arrange photos and videos as well as advising contacts to undergo repairs and adjustments which highlighted farm life. They were always readily contactable and friendly whilst Mick attentively concentrated on suitable purchasers. Contact was prompt and informative. They were excellent in their presentation especially considering the Covid shutdowns and the belief that the property would suit certain a cientelle. IWe would highly recommend this unit.
