I know agents work for the vendor, but as a buyer I really appreciated Grant’s friendliness, openness and approachability. We made offers on other properties where the agents were aloof and slow to reply with information, but Grant always replied within minutes of me asking a question and was honest and genuine. Without a doubt it contributed to our successful purchase at a price all parties were happy with. I hope we never sell, but if we do I’ll definitely hire him!
