Jan is very experienced, friendly and professional in her approach to helping you buy a property. She knows the area and surrounding suburbs well, (e.g. Belgrave, Tecoma, Climatis, etc). She is very approachable and makes you feel comfortable. Jan was with me every step of the way during the buying process, I was able to contact her regularly and she always responded straight away to any queries or questions I had. Mick is very professional and courteous and had done his homework before we sold the Belgrave property and was able to help us set a realistic price and he was very helpful in the ins and outs of buying and selling as it was all very different when we first brought Belgrave 53 years ago.
