Over the years I have dealt with many real estate agents. As the vendor of six properties and a prospective purchaser of many more I have experienced some agents with one or more disquieting traits: poor knowledge of the property they are offering, not following through on or tardiness in undertakings they give, evasiveness in the face of difficult questions (or those they would prefer not to be asked), pushiness and dubious ethical standards. To both buyers and prospective vendors I recommend Mick Dolphin withing reservation. He is very personable, professional and adheres to the highest ethical standards. His relaxed yet businesslike manner readily puts people at ease and he is really easy to talk with. He is straight talking, gives honest advice and can be relied upon to keep his word. I have known Mick in his professional capacity for about eight years. He acted as agent for the sale of my home four years ago and, despite being slightly 'out of area' in terms of location, I sought him out again to act on my behalf in the sale of a second property. From a vendor's financial perspective, Mick is very competitive and is willing to tailor a marketing plan to realistic needs rather than upsell a guilt edged plan that is no more effective.
