In rowville where average listing days is around 27, she sold my property for > 100 days, then told me her own son put the highest offer than everybody else. Agent that I hired to sell my property put pressure on me to sell low using deceptive tactic. Before settlements took my green rubbish bin without permission for personal use, i am out of words to describe her conducts.

I was very happy with my recent experience selling my townhouse with Mick. I feel he gave me good advice about what I could expect price-wise at the start, and also when I got an offer about what I could expect about other offers. He was also able to negotiate an increase to the offer. Throughout the process I received regular updates, including after each open for inspection and I felt well informed through the entire process.
