This property was one of the numerous ones we inspected for our first home. The impression we got about Hayleigh (despite of very busy inspection) was that she was very sincere and treated everyone the same an equally. We were not the first ones who signed a contract/offer for the property, but Hayleigh was we attentative and kept us informed how everything was going and then eventually our revised offer was accepted. Honest, patient and straightforward agents are hard to come by these days but Brendan has been fantastic on all fronts. I originally put my property up to gauge the market however, he was able to achieve such a great result for me in such a short period that I couldn't not jump at the opportunity. He made the process simple and was great with the correspondence so I never had to follow anything up as he was onto it before I had a chance to think it.
