If only all the real estate agents were as thoughful, considerate and provided outstanding service, as Michelle. Getting my apartment to market was quite a challenge, interrupted by an unplanned month overseas. Laura actually sold me a property, so I had no hesitation at all to ask her to sell a property for me as I already had such a positive experience dealing with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the property market, very personable, and has made buying and selling incredibly easy and as stress free as possible. I found her incredibly passionate and invested in selling my property for me, she made sure I was kept ‘in the loop’ every step of the way which I really appreciated, and worked outside normal hours to accommodate prospective buyers. Having been cold called from another agent, when we weren’t even sure about selling, however their promise of $’s made us start to consider. Wanting a second opinion, a friend who Michelle had acted on behalf of previously could not speak highly enough of Michelle.
