As this property is a lease break until 16th March, 2018 we have the following options as per government legislation:
1 - Take over the lease from 12/12/2017 - until the 16/3/18 with the option to renew for a further 6 to 12 months (with owners confirmation and a rent increase to $340 per week), or
2 - Start a new lease from the 12/12/2017 for a 12 month lease (rent increase will be applicable from 17/3/2017 being $340 per week.
As it is currently tenanted we need to give 24 hours notice to access the property.
