Adrian put in place an aggressive marketing campaign three weeks prior to Auction on this property and kept us updated each step of the way. As it was a very large block with an older home, there was much interest from developers. Our research showed he has excellent knowledge of the Acacia Ridge area and surrounding suburbs. On auction day the property sold far and above our expectations bringing in a premium price and the Auctioneer was the best. Adrian has a great team working with him to achieve this excellent result. Well done! At no time did we doubt the outcome and had full trust in Adrian and his team. Our dealings with him were always courteous friendly but professional.
