Just Max is "Super Max"

I have viewed, bought and sold many properties in SE Qld for the past 40 yrs. I have known and dealt with literally hundreds of agents and I put Max straight into the top few. He is pleasant, well-informed, professional, realistic, no-nonsense and positive in his approach. He slightly over communicated every nuance of every inspection which I put down to satisfying owners or vendors with a bit less on than me, but at the end end of the day, better to know than not know. Max showed his resilience and patience when a couple of would be buyers/dreamers jerked us around using finance clauses to change their minds and steadfastly continued to reel in a buyer close to my price expectation. I am pleased my listing and sale has triggered more listings for Max in the same building and look forward to him paying for lunch soon.
