Max knows his craft incredibly well, we picked him based upon his communication skills and holding the building record in our building. He got us another building record, $15k higher than the previous record, $25k higher than the top floor apartment. Max was always contactable, kept us updated, worked incredibly hard getting more than 40 buyers through our apartment in 3 weeks. I can’t fault the bloke, we will use him again without doubt.
