Communication and Follow-Up Could Be Improved
Overall, my experience with my property manager has been positive, and I appreciate the work that goes into managing the property. However, I do feel there is room for improvement, particularly when it comes to communication and follow-up. I find that I often need to send reminders or follow up on matters that I feel are fairly straightforward. There have also been occasions where emails have gone unanswered, requiring additional follow-up from my end. While I understand that everyone has a busy workload and things can occasionally be missed, I would appreciate more proactive communication and timely responses. These experiences have influenced the rating I have given. My intention is not to be overly critical, but to provide honest feedback that I hope will help improve the overall service.
