William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

There have also been occasions where emails have gone unanswered, requiring additional follow-up from my end. While I understand that everyone has a busy workload and things can occasionally be missed, I would appreciate more proactive communication and timely responses.
