I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to sell their property. I reached out to Josh to sell my property and as I live interstate, I was initially worried about how difficult the process might be. However, Josh made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. He helped and organised all the necessary trades to get the property move-in ready for the new owners. This made a huge difference to the final presentation and outcome. Once everything was ready, he sent me a video walkthrough of the property before it went on the market, which I really appreciated given I couldn’t be there in person. Josh kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always quick to answer any questions I had. He also helped me choose a solicitor and guided me through the required paperwork, which took a lot of the stress out of selling from interstate.
