Jenaya Barrett of Ray White AKG has been looking after our rental property for five years. We trust her for property management expertise and efficient communication with tenants. In addition to all maintenance requested by tenants, she helped us to successfully complete several large tasks like oven replacement, bathroom refurbishment, garage ceiling replacement and roof repointing, offering better living environment for tenants.
