My house that i sold through Angela had tenants in it, because of this the house always looked small due to the amount of furniture etc in it. Angela was always struggling to hold open homes and get the tenant to make the house look more presentable in the eyes of a buyer. Angela is an amazing agent. She was there the with us through the entire process. We were thinking about selling for a few months and she kept in contact, not pushing just staying there. When olthe right moment came and there were potential buyers, she was there throughout the process updating all the time who came what is the wibe. Following with the potential buyer all the way into price negotiations and getting the contract signed and Following till it became unconditional and all the little findings that needed to be fixed were fixed to the last of them.
