This is the second property that I have sold through Angela this year, and each time it has been a very smooth and professional experience. Purchasing your first home is no easy task. It seems like every Tom and Jerry on the internet has their own top 10 tips and the wealth of information being spat at you from every direction can become quite overwhelming. When it came to advice on dealing with Real Estate Agents, I was warned to be cautious – they are, of course, working on behalf of the seller. ‘Hold your cards close to the chest; poker face; don’t let on that you’re a first home buyer’.
