I was extremely disappointed with Gary's service as my agent. As a first-time buyer, I felt bullied and manipulated during negotiations. He refused to allow me to conduct my own due diligence and even tried to hide potential issues with the property. It wasn't until another agent took over that the sale was able to proceed. I would not recommend Gary as an agent due to his aggressive and uncooperative approach, which nearly drove me away from purchasing the property.
