Ashley was very respectful and personable from our first meeting. We inspected several of his properties before finalising our purchase. He was very relaxed and at no time did he engage in high pressure tactics to speed up the purchase process. Given everyone’s busy work schedule the opportunity to contact Ashley after normal business hours made the purchase process much easier. He was always prompt to return any calls and timely with any feedback. Living in far North Queensland we were relying on our daughter to conduct inspections and viewings. Ashley made her feel comfortable and at ease, even providing transport home one evening after an inspection.
