Professional, Knowledgeable and Helpful

Sally was great in helping me through the process from initially showing interest in leasing to the final step of letting my house out. Any questions or queries, Sally had the knowledge and expertise to assist especially regarding the local area and rental prices. Professional, Friendly and organised.

Montanna and the team made every step of the way super easy when it came to putting our house up for lease. They ensured and found us a list of suitable tenants that fit our needs in making sure they look after our house and love it as much as we were but were also very understanding and accommodating with time frames and meetings with a newborn. I have recommended Ray White Albion Park to a lot of our friends who were wanting or needing to lease their house out.

Can not fault our experience

Our dealings with Ray white Albion Park so far have been amazing . From the moment we inspected our potential new rental property the process has be flawless. In such a pressure cooker of a high demand for rentals at this time , Montana has been just amazing . From the moment we were successful in securing our new property the leave of communication and professionalism we have received from Montana and the Shellharbour team at Ray White has been exceptional. I would have to say our best experience in many years . We have felt valued as potential tenants from our first meeting viewing the property.
