First Time Homeowner - Rental Process
As my home was never initially intended to be a rental, I put a great deal of effort into finding a property manager I could trust. It felt like handing over my most precious asset and I was looking for someone who understood the sentimental connection I had to my first home. Montana was that person. Not only was she knowledgeable and experienced, but she took extra time to put me at ease and ensured that my concerns were all addressed. She walked me through the process and was able to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier with her and the personal care she gave, it made the process of moving that much easier for me.
