Clear and Succinct
Dealing with Rob was crystal clear. There was no tip-toeing. He told us what was required and we went from there. Regular communication from both us and him helped the process moved forward. We were able to remove clauses from the contract and obtain an early settlement, both of which favoured both parties. As I said, communication was clear, we knew what needed to be done to make things happen, and on top of this, his knowledge of the area was superb, so people like ourselves who were not from the region were able to clarify or bust information that we had obtained from our own research. I'd recommend Rob and Ray White Albion Park to anyone wanting to purchase in the area. We attended many open homes, and to be honest, we felt that the way Rob, Ben, and the Ray White teams presented their properties, was both more personable and professional than the 3-4 other agents in the area. I am not just saying this, it's honestly how we felt after attending 10-15 open homes.

A switched on, honest agent!
We were recommended to see Ben and it was good advice. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He gives you his honest feedback and direction, and for us, was on the mark. We are really thankful for his time and we sold our place very quickly. It was pretty much stree-free. I would recommend you at least talk to him if you are thinking of selling! Thanks Ben!!

Best Decision I ever made
Selecting Francesa to sell my home was the best decision I made. Her knowledge and experience in the housing market was evident from our first conversation. I was downsizing and she understood I needed help in getting my home ready for sale. I also wanted to stay in my home until my new property was available which could be some months away. I knew this would be hard to achieve but Francesca assured me she would do her best to do this for me. Fransca went above and beyond helping me get my home the way I wanted it with a minimum of stress and she also got me an extended contract so I could stay in home home until my my property was ready. No mean feat! Throughout the process Franesca was wonderful. One of the nicest and kindest person you could meet. I was so lucky she came into my life and helped me through what could have be a very stressful experience. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Gone, so quick!
We initially contacted Ray White just to have a chat about strategies for selling our house. Ben made himself available that afternoon and after doing a quick property evaluation we sat down to chat about options. Comfortable with Ben's proposed approach, his knowledge of the area, and recent successful sales, we signed up to sell that afternoon. His marketing plan was thorough, swift, and provided realistic pricing expectations. With one open house and one other private viewing it was sold. We appreciated that Ben kept us well informed throughout the process and provided timely and good advice.
