Ben stands out as a real-estate agent! From the day we met him first, he was honest, upfront and helpful. He did not try to paint a false rosy picture of the property and presented it as it was. During the price negotiations, he was available to respond to our emails/texts even late in the night. The best part is that even months after having sold the property, Ben still helps us with questions about how certain things are connected in the property, unlike other realtors that wash their hands off the property once the it is sold! Ben was a fantastic agent to support our purchase in Albion Park. We were purchasing from Singapore, making things more difficult. However, Ben was kindly able to assist us with a couple of inspections by family, and was always available for communication, making the overseas purchase a breeze.
