Bens first appraisal value was above our expectations but was spot on with the actual sale price we received. The advertising and the approach to the sale saw 22 groups go through our first and only open house. Through the whole process Ben was easy to communicate with through phone , email, and visits. We required a rental after the sale while we were building our new house and Ben pointed us in the right direction to secure a suitable rental house. Overall I would highly recommend Ben to anyone selling a house . Hopefully our new house will be our forever house but if we do end up selling, we will be approaching Ben to assist us through it
