He made a few valid suggestions with regard to having the property looking its best for buyers and to help us get the best price possible, this set him apart from other agents. He also had a very good look at our property inside and out before he gave us his valuation. During the sale of the house he would give us feedback after each open house. Bens willingness to go above and beyond was uncomparable from the beggining right through to settlement. He made time on a sunday to accommodate our busy schedule and was very respectful and professional. He is down to earth and honest. We were grateful in the way he communicated with us through every step of the process. His attention to detail and never give up attitude was amazing and he always went the extra mile for us to exchange and beyond. Ben even helped us with findig a rental while we build and gave us lots of advice on purchasing land etc. We have already recommended him to friends and they have experienced the same results as us.
