James was like a footy coach taking a team and my house to the finals. I didn’t have 20-30 people in my house every Saturday. I had 2/3 pre-qualified, highly motivated buyers each open house. Closer to the Auction it ramped up with 6-8 buyers and 2 or 3 opens a week. James and the entire Devline team really worked for me and in the end I got roughly 12 percent more than expected. Doesn’t sound like much but it’s the Gold Coast baby. If you’re looking for the agent for your house. Do yourself a favour and call James. You won’t be disappointed.
