Jason was in our opinion the google search engine for the real estate market in our area and the surrounding suburbs. He was about to describe with accuracy current, upcoming and past properties, the current market status and put forward impartially the choices that we had and the pros and cons of selling our property. ie. auction, private sale etc He allowed us to make the decision which built equally trust and understanding. We were astonished at the execution of the “behind the scenes” contributions, communications and expertise of all of his team. This demonstrated a very cohesive and professional work environment that we admired. We felt that he had a very staring and supportive team behind him which he had built over time. This was impressive and resulted in a very pleasing result at auction. We listed the property with Ray White solely because of Jason and his proactive approach. Brad and his team know the market, know prospective buyers and sellers, and Brad quite literally works his ass off to get you the best price!
