I handed Brad a difficult task. A run down investment unit overfilled with the clutter of an ongoing tenant who had a history of being difficult to deal with. I noticed Brad had sold similar, but well maintained units in the same complex for very good prices so I decided to offer him my property to sell, not expecting much.
