James came to use in March 2025 we signed up with him as he showed great character and professionalism he was very understanding of our situation. I would think a lot of other agents would given up on this sale, as it took till January 2026 before our house went to market. At no time did I ever felt pressured to get my house sold. James would keep in contact with me to see how things were progressing. James is a great asset to the Ray White company, also the team he works with are a bunch of absolute legends, or was there to help with any questions you may have.

In the last 30 years we have bought and sold several properties and we can honestly say it is always a stressful experience and more so now we are older. Alex and his team assured us this would not be the case and they went above and beyond our expectations. We threw him a challenge and he still delivered. If we were to sell again we would definitely use Alex and his team, my husband has told everyone it was money well spent. We were planning to sell our property at No 3 Cabriolet Court Upper Coomera and was preparing this for the last six months and consulting quite a number of agents who were keen to procced with the sales options. After Careful consideration and the proven track Record of Brad Wilson team we decided to go with Brad Wilson . He explained to us the market conditions and the best way to sell the property in the open market and we decided Auction was the best avenue to proceed with the sale. The Auction was held on the 25th January at the major Ray White event at Royal Pines. Although we did not agree on the price at the Auction Brad worked tirelessly to make the sale and negotiated with the highest bidder and Managed to secure the sale for us. Right through the process of open homes and the feed back we received from Buyers through Brads team was extremely useful for us to make informed decision . With my experience with the team with Brad I have no hesitation in recommending for any prospective party considering a listing. He was able to get the street record as well as the highest price in Coomera Retreat which was very pleasing to all concerned.
