Excellent Result, Excellent Agent!!

I had the great pleasure of having Chris as my agent for both a purchase of a property and the sale of my old one. I met Chris when I purchased a property through him 2 days after attending an open for inspection. Chris was honest, reliable and client focused throughout the whole purchasing process. I then made the (very right) decision to appoint him as the agent to sell my existing property. Chris went above and beyond expectations! He gave sound advise and has great knowledge of the local property market. After I prepared my home for sale, Chris didn't muck around. After advertising it and holding one open for inspection, Chris had interested purchasers straight away. He knows how to negotiate and keeps going to achieve the best outcome for the Vendor. My property was only on the market for 3 days before he sold it, and for an exceptionally great price!! :) It was so nerve racking to buy and sell properties at the same time, but Chris made the whole process easy and stress free!
