We engaged Tina O'Connor and Harry Psaradellis to sell our property. The property needed some work, inside and out, to bring it up to scratch, so it was looking its best for sale. We were concerned how exactly logistically, we would be able to make this happen as we were living in Adelaide and with kids and work schedules it was going to be a challenge. Tina breezily claimed she could handle all that, get the contractors in, sort the inside and outside and have the house all stylised looking tickey boo and ready for sale in a short time frame. Well this was delivered exactly as she claimed. We handed the project management completely over to Tina and Harry and were not disappointed. The first time I saw the house ready for sale was the afternoon before the auction and it did look fantastic. The whole process from engagement to auction was quite painless and this was due I would say completely to Tina and Harry. We have no hesitation in recommending Tina as an agent, especially if you are a remote seller and note able to oversee all aspects of a renovation or makeover. In fact I'm glad I wasn't part of it.
