I recently put my property in Annandale on the market. It had been rented for some years through Ray White Annandale so I chose them to market the property. I needed to sell quite quickly as I had already bought another interstate. Right from the word go they were extremely responsive to my situation. I feel that I was extremely lucky to have Tina O'Connor looking after my interests. A number of things had to be organized very quickly including negotiations with the tenants, cleaning, some repairs and styling in readiness for the first open house inspections. Tina worked hard to co-ordinate all this and everything was ready within a couple of weeks. There were several open house inspections which Tina managed very well and the response to these and the presentation of the property was very positive. I received regular reports and phone contacts to keep me in touch with potential buyers. Being interstate this contact was particularly important to me. I know Tina was very diligent in following up each and every person who showed an interest in the property. The house went up for auction and greatly exceeded my expectations in terms of the sale price. I am very grateful to Tina and the team at Ray White and I think it was the attention to detail and hard work in preparing and marketing the property which produced such a good result.
