I came into the sales experience 'burnt' and disappointed after a haphazard and disorganised selling experience with another local agent, which had not resulted in a sale. Tina persuaded me to try again. She knows her market really well and explains the dynamics of what is going on and what you need to think about for your home and location clearly. She and her team are very organised, and run a thorough and staged sales process from end to end, with great communication at every stage of the process including pre-scheduled open houses throughout the campaign, a lock box on site for house keys, detailed weekly written reports of visitors, internet traffic updates, and specific feedback from possible buyers or why someone is not remaining in the mix. They generated many more potential and genuine buyers in the four weeks of the campaign than my previous agent did in 12 months (both off market and on-market approaches). In the lead up to the auction Tina and Harry walked me through the stages and what might be needed on the night, so I was well prepared, which was reassuring. Tina worked hard for me, and for the buyer, over several hours, post the auction event, to get us to the right outcome and communicated well with us throughout. We signed the deal and are happily moving on with the next phase of our lives. I highly recommend Tina and her team.
