It took 2 1/2 years to sell our house. After 12 months we changed our agent to First National Ararat and the sales team worked diligently with regular open inspections good feedback but after another 12 months there were no offers. We took our house off the market but said it was for sale if there were offers. While we were in China, an offer came and Adam negotiated successfully with our son to reach a suitable sale price and settlement date. Adam was always the professional, courteous and open in his dealings with us.
