Exceptional Experience - Property Leasing and Sale
Diljot and his team professionally handled the Lease and recent Sale of our property in Kellyville Ridge. It was a difficult decision for us to sell the home as the tenant had not been living there for very long. Nothing was too difficult for Diljot, he always gave us the confidence that everything was in hand as he handled the many aspects of our sale, with ease. Overall a good experience but no follow up
Diljot was professional and managed the sale of our property to our satisfaction but there was no follow up call after the sale was finalized and contracts exchanged

Not once but exceeded expectations twice!
Diljot is very professional and experienced in his role as an agent. When he sold our first property and set a record price, without thinking twice we chose to work with him on our second property. He not only set a record price AGAIN but he used a different selling method such as putting property on auction and still beat our expectations! Diljot has been very calm and has been responsive immediately to all our requests throughout both journeys. Negative thoughts towards selling are not in his dictionary. I highly recommend Diljot for any of your real estate matters you will not be disappointed.

Tony and I are soooooo fortunate in getting connected with Century 21 Diamond headed by Diljot.
During the selling of our house in Glenwood in anticipation of our retirement, it was a bit hectic & perhaps even traumatic to leave such a beautiful home, leaning with Diljot & Sam during this transition, sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least.
