Both Jack and Ian were very helpful during what turned out to be a very long settlement period. They provided a great checklist of things that I needed to do for the contract conditions and the due dates - so helpful for me to quickly refer to! They were proactive in checking on progress with body corporate tasks and kept me updated as they were completed. They were also very accommodating in arranging access to the vacant property before settlement so I could take measurements to check if my whitegoods would fit. I also really appreciated the wonderful gift of champagne on settlement day! Even after settlement, they have been most helpful in contacting the previous owner for information about the air conditioners.
