After a bad experience with another agent, i was blown away from my first phone call with Ian. We had a difficult project for Ian to market. Our project had approvals to demolish the existing house and build a new home. As part of the DA we overcame a number of constraints. This would scare the normal buyer. However Ian walked every buyer through the development application and showed how we had overcome all land constraints so that they had the confidence to take on our project which resulted in a sale. Ian impressed us with his knowledge of the market, the profile of the buyer we were looking for, planning guidelines, construction and overall experience in Real Estate. Without question, we will continue to use Ian to market our future investment properties and highly recommend Ian to anyone thinking of selling.
