As first-time sellers, finding the right agent for us and our property was top priority. We met with several agents who appeared popular in the area, but none came close to Andy. Not only were we able to see his initial pitch come to life, but also witness his exceptional negotiation skills and ability to work under a fast paced and high-pressured environment.
