I rented an apartment for 18 months through Ray White Ashfield until February 2024 and wanted to say a big Thank you to the team, especially Louisa Chan. Their service was always prompt, accurate and responsive to various needs and questions I had during my tenancy. The only reason why I didn't use their service for the apartment I currently live in was because I moved outside the areas where Ray White Ashfield had apartments available. If that hadn't been the case, I would have looked to them for a new apartment tenancy application. Thanks again, I will look forward to using your service again in future if there's an opportunity.

Unit is as described from ad, (absolute retreat with bonus views ❤️) any issues with unit where promptly adressed and any issues outside of unit where fairly adressed and communicated with all parties. Especially like the use of an app for tenant(s) to make rental payments. Highly recommend these agents as they remained friendly and professional when interacting with them or when recieving updates.

We had a bit of a bumpy start at the beginning but ended up working things out and got to a better understanding for both sides, it’s always good to see an agency who cares about the tenants issues. Staying at the property has been smooth and peaceful, the property is clean and at a great location. Our agent has been responding to our queries and has allowed us to visit the branch for any questions or issues we may have. Looking forward to making memories in our new home.
