Very friendly and professional
I used my own rental agent advocate to help with finding a rental property. Though I have spoken to the staff and agent Jessica at Ray White Ashgrove and their correspondence is quick, they are respectful and very easy to communicate with. Jessica is lovely

Highly Professional Team Managing Transitions, Tenancies, and Extensive Repairs Effortlessly
I’ve had an excellent experience with Ray White Ashgrove managing my property in Ipswich. They made the transition from my previous agent incredibly smooth while finalising an existing tenancy and securing a new one without any complications. On top of that, they handled several major repairs and maintenance jobs, organising quotes and coordinating work from plumbers, gardeners, plasterers, and other trades. Their communication was clear, timely, and proactive throughout the entire process, which made everything far less stressful for me as a landlord.
